Refund policy

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. At CottagecoreClothes.com, we gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.


How to Return Your Item

  1. Send us an email at hi@cottagecoreclothes.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Ensure that the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  3. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase for our records.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate and sanitary goods
  • Intimates and hats (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Flammable gases
  • Batteries
  • Hazardous materials

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may only grant partial refunds for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Time and Tracking

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
