Secure payment

Checkout runs on Shopify and your payment details are encrypted. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email. If you still cannot track your parcel three weeks after receiving the number, email hi@cottagecoreclothes.com and we will help.

Order protection

If your order does not arrive within 60 days of placing it, you can choose a full refund or reshipping. See our shipping page.
