Where do the products ship from?
Our partner warehouses in China handle the shipping process. Please note that if you order multiple products, they might be shipped separately as different warehouses specialize in various goods. All transactions in our store are in US dollars.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 1-10 business days for order processing and 1-3 weeks for delivery. However, factors like distance, postal service efficiency, and shipping delays can sometimes result in up to 2 months for delivery. For specific shipping times, contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why hasn't my order arrived after the promised "2 months"?
While some parcels may arrive early, others could face shipping delays or be sent to remote locations. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, we can help with reshipping or provide a refund.
I've only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items?
Since we use different carriers and ship from various locations in China, some items might arrive sooner than others. To check the status of your remaining items, email us with your name and order number.
What about potential custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees incurred after items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you may receive one or more packages and might be charged custom fees upon their arrival in your country (although this is rare).
Will this item arrive before a specific date?
If you plan to gift one of our items for a holiday or special occasion, we recommend not purchasing the items during the month of the holiday, as there's a risk they may not arrive on time. We cannot be held responsible for items that don't arrive before specified dates.
