Where do the products ship from?
Our partner warehouses in China handle the shipping process.
- If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately, as different warehouses specialize in various goods.

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. After processing, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

What happens if my order is delayed or doesn't arrive?

Why haven't I received my full shipment?
We partner with multiple warehouses, so items in your order may ship separately. If you're missing part of your shipment:
